I ordered mines months and months ago.

Can't wait for GMG to run out of keys like they did last night with BO3 :D

Might go with this build, then I can get a bobblehead for endurance or just level it and use the Int and End chem perks with it.

Strength 3
Perception 4
Endurance 3
Charisma 6
Intelligence 8
Agility 2
Luck 2

Bobblehead spoiler, the
.....perception.....
is the first one you run into so you can move a point from that category to another unless you intended on bumping it up right away

1 luck more and you have the critical Banker perk, which certainly can help you out big time.
Yeah going by this guy's advice:

I'll switch another point there. Luck build sounds so fun.

STAHP THATS NOT FUNNY!!
For people that got their gmg codes first off let me start off with how jealous i am of you; and secondly, when you activated the key did you get the mr handy voice thingie for dota 2? Hoping gmg keys give that so i can sell it and get some cash back ☺️☺️

Quick question.

Does the game still have something like this?

Or has this changed?

It's changed. Now you just select a Perk every level or choose to increase your SPECIAL Attributes, most of the those old skills are now a Perk. What perks are available to you depends on how many points you have in each SPECIAL, as they all have 10 perks assigned to them with multiple ranks. 275 Perks in total.

So if you have a STR of 5 you can choose to take any of the Perks 1-5 that fall under it, but not Perks 6-10, unless you increase your STR.

It's changed. You just pick a perk that has 2 additional levels of upgrades once you choose it

It's changed dramatically. You no longer pile a lot of points into any one perk. You choose it, rank it up a few times and that's it

Lame. Guess I've been sleeping under a rock.

No pre-order bonus from gmg.

Being stuck in the flyover states in the midwest, this always sucks when a game you really want, never gets released early. :(

From what we've seen it appears to be a rather solid system that has potential to be very flexible, but we'll see soon enough how well it operates in practice.

Yeah it is an improvement in my opinion. It's a lot clearer what it is you're getting when you invest a point in the new system. The old one was way too vague. How much difference does 40 points in small arms provide over just 20 for example.

Thinking about rolling this for my build. Focusing on science, speech and lockpicking while retaining strength for the carry perks and heavy weapons.

I figured I would do my own and by time I finished, both of ours were alike! I don't see any need of putting ANY into agility. Endurance seems like a waste as well, except for the second one.

2ND one is actually the one you don't need at all. Damage Reduction and life reg seem way more important. Agility 7 is imo the strongest combat perk in the game, apart from stuff like rifleman.

Just got my key from GMG. Anyone know if I can activate my copy through Steam mobile? I'm on a school trip to Chicago for the weekend so I'm not going to be near my computer until Sunday night.

Got no E-Mail from greenmangaming but the code was already ready under Games in my account so you might want to check that out!
