So to upgrade all the stats to 10 you need to be level 43, isn't it pretty pointless to update anything over 7, because you'll eventually will have it at 10 when you're level 43 and can actually use the level 10 ability?

apparently they're allowed to sell the german edition starting tomorrow (you're one day early media markt...) but not the english edition. I preordered the english one originally, that's why they asked me if I want o go for the german one, now that it will be out early.

No, you'll just have the ability come Level 2 to select any of those Perks under STR 1-6. And if you want any of those Perks 7-10 you'll need to increase your STR to unlock them.
Damn. I saw that happen to a website before Red Dead Redemption came out I remember. Rockstar and Bethesda don't fuck around.

Media Markt in the Netherlands did this with Red Dead Redemption, a day or two before release. They broke street date and didn't give a fuck, it was the biggest pile of a single game I've ever seen and people came from all over to get a copy.
They might have been fined, but they sold boatloads of copies that day so I doubt they care.

Nice! I thought about doing an agility build, but I really like how they have handled the power armor in this game. Based on what I have seen so far anyways. So strength it is!
Yeah, more than a few people have had the game for the better part of a week. More than enough time to power through the main story which probably is only ~20-30 hours tops if you ignore everything else.
I don't recall seeing any confirmation that anyone but Codsworth would say your name. Over 1000 names is crazy for just one person do to, but to have multiple NPCs throughout the game record all of them is pretty lofty and unrealistic. I would be very surprised if anyone other than Codsworth and maybe your spouse if they're alive and it would say your name.

I don't think renting this will do it justice. If you love FO3 and NV then buy it... There will undoubtedly be a GOTY edition (or similar) which will be at least a year away, if you can wait.
He confirmed it in the comments. And yes, Balls and Fuckface do work as well. The voice actors who worked on the game said they did it.
