So what res is Bethesda targeting for their recommended spec? I can never tell what games are going to give my 970 grief at 3440x1440.

I don't have the game, but for the most part the 970 just lacks the GPU compute power and VRAM to handle that resolution. If you want everything maxed along with the best image quality possible you could go with 2560 x 1440 at 30 FPS. The 970 should easily be able to handle that resolution at 30 FPS.

I play many of my games DSR'd at 2180p @ 30 FPS dead locked nowadays on my 970. I don't see Fallout 4 being a problem in that regard. 60 FPS would be another story.

Perfect, I am new to Norway and I buy my games digitally so its easier if I need to move etc I just didn't want to assume and then be burnt although it would be a good reason to fully commit to serious lessons rather than passively and confusingly get swedish and norwegian mixed up (my wife is swedish so I say something the swedish way...)

It was very strange to see in AC: Syndicate an apology from ubisoft saying if you don't choose english and choose norwegian etc it would only be subtitles that change. That was a new experience for me.

Yes, sprint time is based on AP.

I just looked and they shipped my Jordan Edition 2K16 @ 3:04 PM (first scan ever) and delivered it the next day at 12:50 PM on release day. Arizona to Kentucky, business as usual for them.

Digital doesn't get me the pip boy edition. Plus I have something against digital (not going to pay 60 bux for some thing Sony could randomly take away for whatever reason. Digital that isn't like GoG is pretty much a rental really. It's not even DRM but DRM that requires you have to have an account that gets verified that is the problem). If digital stores didn't require me verify my account to use my purchases I'd be much less against using it and perks like being able to play it midnight launch day might even sway me.

Er no. It doesn't list any LEVEL requirements and what every perk level exactly does.

edit: Ok when you hover over it. Still, it serves an entirely different purpose.

In previous fallout games have their been chems that allowed you to do unnatural things like breathe underwater? Or when a chem increases a stat do you gain all of the perks in that special stat or just the passive bonuses?

You needed a rebreather to breathe under water in NV. In FO3 I don't think there is any breath mitigation because there isn't much swimming.

As for chems I can understand if that's what they do here. You would take things like mentats and alchohol for the benefits to skills (medicine, speech, barter, lock pick, computers) stats (carry weight, damage resistance, ap) in certain situations and because skills don't exist here it makes sense that they would apply to perks instead. MY question is if skill magazines are in. Those buffs made much more sense than chems and were more focused on specific purposes.
