NV and Fallout 4 seem very different to each other. Fallout 4 seems to dumb down alot of the dialogue and RPG systems and has more of a focus on action instead.

It's still Fallout though.
Can't say about what they've dumbed down yet, but Fallout 4 is certainly way more similar to the experience he had with NV rather than wha he had with Skyrim.

Only got 2 stations so far, one radio station is playing classics, so there shouldn't be any track we know about.
Guess there will be more stations out there.

Unique enemies with unique, named items drop more frequently at higher difficulties.
performance has been solid. no issues yet. game looks great to me other than the shadows at distances, which is understandable. gotta get used to 3rd person i noticed.
More or less. Survival reduces the potency of healing items, too. Harder difficulties also have a higher chance of spawning legendary enemies around, but they aren't exclusive to harder difficulties.

It's nothing new at this point. New Vegas reused a lot of Mark Morgan's old stuff from Fallout 1 and Fallout 2, and Skyrim ultimately brought back a sizeable chunk of the Morrowind soundtrack.

I havent, but I've had two dispatch emails for both copies.

Around 2pm Monday afternoon. Give or take an hour or two, I'm a bit confused on timezones atm thanks to the stupid summer time Finland has.
I expect I'll be able to play at 3pm.
That shouldn't have anything to do with when it unlocks, but maybe Xbone is... SPECIAL.

12 PM on Monday (so midday) I believe if it unlocks 12 AM local time on Tuesday for New Zealand. New Zealand is like precisely 12 hours ahead right now IIRC.
Simpler for 24hour clock, 12:00 Monday for Sweden, 00:00 Tuesday for New Zealand.
This is assuming it unlocks that exact time (it's supposed to be 00:00 local time Tuesday for all countries, but could be 30 minutes later, an hour, etc, plenty of times with Steam for me it hasn't unlocked immediately).
