Why is the enemy team marked as Team Red in the killfeed, while they are actually Team Blue? This was so confusing over the whole match...



I noticed this already when media/pros had early access.

The kill-feed colouration is by friendly/enemy, not team colour. I guess team colour could get a bit too busy in a multi-team game.

I get the bases and the bosses no problem. I have to get a vehicle on my radar most times to be sure who is driving it.

Nevermind then. I thought it was displaying the team colors. It was just confusing to me, because in an other match when I was on Team Blue it was accurate. Have to get used to it, it seems.

It's only yellow, when your GT is being displayed. It's Blue for your team and you can see it just fine.

Do any other ranks but Onyx exist? Just finished my SWAT placement and got placed into Onyx, I'm pretty certain I definitely don't deserve that, I lost probably half of my placement matches and I did poorly when the weapon were BR's as opposed to the magnum.

Echoing sentiments about the servers tonight, just played for 2 hours and was obviously on European servers going by the names of the players. Incredibly frustrating and has made my group of friends and I not want to play matchmaking again until it's fixed/reverted. Didn't have a single issue with finding games on Australian servers at all times of day on all playlists, even 2-3am, so I really don't personally understand the logic of broadening the search.

I'll play again tomorrow in peak time but I don't expect to find any games on local servers given the feedback here and elsewhere.

I'm very much hoping that it's all reverted due to all the backlash but if not, it's so disappointing that we're finally able to get a Halo game with local dedicated servers and zero lag, have it all be suddenly changed and then have them just go unused.

Lol they don't give a fuck. They have our Money. Just imagine, we finally btb, yet its all on out of region servers. Hopefully the 343 members on here will start putting kappa pictures at their end of their posts so we know what to expect

Yeah i started at plat in slayer and breakout (got to diamond in slayer eventaully). I'm also onyx at swat. Swat is easy compared to other playlists.

Well if its not EU lobbies im switching between East and West coast cause some game is flawless other is -Yoinking!- bad. You can see the enemy soak up bullets.

I was really scared there, rebooted game and now i have 6k REQ points.

These maps are just not built for snipers.
I cant count on one hand how many times i spawned and got insta headshot by the enemy in the time it took me to complete 10 games for placement.

Well it does look like they disabled the changes they made the other day for additional testing.

Today, thanks to your reports, we were able to confirm that the changes did indeed improve matching for players across multiple regions. We need to do some additional tests to ensure that the changes don’t negatively impact any playlists, so we’ve temporarily disabled the changes, and will be re-adjusting the parameters once these changes are verified.

I kinda prefer arena being all ranked and Warzone being the scrub playlist. I'm def the minority on this tho

Was just about to ask this, turned my Xbone on to play some Madden and couldn't sign in.

Restarted the console and it's working now so give that a go if you're still having problems.

How is giving us options a bad thing?

And that's fine if social playlist still have behind the scenes mmr. If I lose or have a bad game it'll be whatever... It'll give me the chance to play with friends of all skill levels without worrying about dragging their rank down or them dragging mine down.

Nah, I tried but I can't. New Breakout map are too large, I can't appreciate them. It makes them less intensive I think. I loved the beta breakout map (crossfire and trench). Plus it seems ttk is higher than beta in breakout, could be me on this one.

Team Slayer is top notch though, I can't stop to play it. I just miss my Eden map.

So shotty snipers is unplayable... All my games at least one person drops out. I even had one where it was everyone against me. Boy, it is fun having people sniping you almost immediately when spawning.

I keep getting confused with weapon spawns on empire and truth because i'm too used to the beta layout which IMO were better then the current item layouts, why was the sword removed from the top plate on truth? it's always been up there since the map first appeared in halo 2! and the sniper on empire is ok though a map like that needs no sniper at all since it's a lot more close range combat then say fathom with it's wide open spaces.
