The VPN probably isn't really in NZ. (Some of them just lie about server location).

Browse store with vpn connected, disconnect vpn, reconnect browse and it fixed

vyprvpn has nz servers but they are currently full. ive just switched to vpnunlimited and thats worked straight away using an ozzie server
