No, that's Cero B which is 12 and up. Singing and dancing in bikinis doesn't get it the black case C (15+), D (17+), and Z (18+) games get like Xenoblade Chronicles X (C).

Alison Rapp on Twitter said we should actually be hyped, I now think there's a slight chance of zelda wii u showing up. Setting myself up for disappointment but oh well.
Aonuma will appear. Will apologize for the delay. Says the team is hard at work on the game to get it out in a quality the fans will appreciate. Says they can't show footage. But then shows 1-3 pieces of concept artwork.

I'd say TLoZ: Twilight Princess HD and Pokémon Z are extremely likely to be H1 2016 releases as well.
Also, a few late localizations coming:
-Genei Ibun Roku #FE
-Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright / Conquest
-Bravely Second: End Layer
-Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam (NA)
-Yo-kai Watch (EU)
-Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon (EU)
The third Style Savvy game will probably come to NA as well. Hopefully we get Picross 3D 2 and Rhythm Heaven as well!
Not too shabby of a lineup for what's probably Wii U and 3DS's final year.

Yes.
Nintendo doesn't publish Pokémon games in Japan, Mario & Sonic games are published by SEGA outside Japan, also I'd expect HW Legends to be published by Koei themselves in Japan, just like the original.
