I love TP, and can't wait for TP HD.

But there has been a lot of Zelda, lately. 2 remakes on 3DS, ALBW, Tri-Heroes, Wind Waker HD..

...I personally would LOVE Mario Sunshine HD. We haven't seen a proper Mario remake since, what, 2004 (Mario 64 DS)?

That's bullocks. FLUDD would certainly be possible on a Wii U Pro controller.
 
I am just saying, I see the names of people who always say "I went in with realistic expectations and was still disappointed" and you see them the thread before going "All I am expecting is Galaxy 3 and a bunch of stuff they have actively said they are not doing."
 
So this is what happens when Gonzo isn't around to shoot down everyone's expectations and call the everything embarrassing. Just pure unchecked hype made only worse by the treehouse tweets.

I'd rather that these threads be boring as fuck instead of almost every Nintendo Direct thread ruined by people complaining because they let themselves make unrealistic expectations in their head, which lead to inevitable disappointment and hyperbolic shit posting.

You guys do know a NIntendo employee is going to doing everything she can to hype a direct so it gets views right? Doesn't mean any mindblowing megaton bombs will be dropped.

No, it's boring as shit. It makes it impossible to actually talk about what happened, because everything is bogged down with constant complaining about shit that was obviously never going to happen in the first place.

Not to mention that it happens Every. Fucking. Time. I don't know how going through the same song and dance could possibly be entertaining for people for so long. Especially when that song and dance revolves around you being disappointed and shitting on things.

I'm not about to deny the ridiculousness, but some people pay good money to see circus acts and here, it's free.
 
Fuck hype, everytime I've seen an event like this not live up to every fan's wildest expectations, it immediately becomes a toxic cesspool of hatred and negativity.
