The game is weird like that. I've played for 20 hours with a solid 60fps and then one single tower tanked it to 37fps.

It needs a patch I think.

I've seen complaints about the lip syncing, but for me it looks excellent - I was surprised how consistently good it is.

I had the opposite experience. Often times, the lip sync as well as the subtitles are very off.

So it seems recoil affects VATS hit chance the most(?). I enhanced my right arm armor with "improved scope aim" and now my sniper rifle hits far away things in VATS like it's no deal.

This is kind of an stupid recommendation but...dont look at the fire. It worked for me.

I'm still in disbelief that on PC, they mapped the Workshop commands to the fucking arrow keys. You're telling me they couldn't come up with a better system than that, or at least design an interface specifically for PC? That alone is sucking the air out of the whole base building aspect for me, which is a real shame. The worst part is that you can't even rebind those keys what-so-ever.

I've encountered an issue, it seems as if my camera keeps getting pulled into the first person perspective and no matter what I do I can't get it to stay in 3rd person. Is this a bug or something else?

So don't use it. The laser rifle is pretty sweet for a while, but double-barrel shot gun and combat shotgun, both with "long barrel" upgrade take the cake as far as weapons go imo.

The fact that every character build has different things going on. Your game might crash where mine doesn't. Even on PS4. The game is so dynamic. You could bug out because you have a helmet I don't

You can keep cranking it to make the shot more powerful! I didnt' learn that until I saw a loading screen tip after I'd already scrapped it.

Anyone know if Knuckles count as a weapon or unarmed for the purpose of perks? I'm assuming they're a weapon but different games always handle it differently so I'm not sure.

I haven't been able to play yet, but I was checking the settings earlier and noticed a setting to enable companion app connectivity. Did you make sure to turn that on?

Same here. There are some drops but it's not "unplayable." Certainly not on the level of Skyrim PS3.

Oh I agree, the shotgun is pretty sweet so far. Love how we can mod our guns in a variety of ways this time around.

I'd argue the Local Leader perk in Charsima is pretty essential. Lets you establish supply lines between settlements so you have a big pool of materials.

Might be worth ignoring if you hate crafting and base building.

There's also Gun Nut, Science and Armorer that are needed for crafting some upgrades.

Really not a big fan of the game just forces you to abandon VATS, abandon stealth/sniper tactics by having 15 fast enemies bum rush you all the time. I much prefer the sections of the game where you actually fight other enemies in gun fights.

Go to your steam library, right click on the game, go to properties, go to local files, check file integrity to see if something is wrong.
