Really? Any early-game tips for survival? I'm getting wrecked, basically get one-shotted by insects when I'm in power armor. Finding almost zero ammo, VATS has shit accuracy... should be I going towards Diamond City at level 8?survival is already too easy, no need for power armor to lower the difficulty even more.
...just cooked up a few batches of that stuff - it's a beast.I love the little vault boy graphic when you're on drugs.
Psychojet is the shit.

Guys i'm pretty sure the companions are kinda fucked, they tend not show up where i tell them after i dismiss them,i'm afraid they are lost forever D:
Also i did a mission in corvega and it did chug a bit but nothing like those DF videos where it goes as low as 15FPS, Fallout 4 runs great 90% of the time on my PS4, the remaining 10% is minor dips.
After you get back to Sanctuary, cross the bridge and start off to Concord. It's on the way if you follow the road.
Has anyone managed to get food from the Port-A-Diner?Crane games are such scams!
That can't be it. Unless they flipped it around and changed the whole landscape.

AFAIK you have to wait for them to walk through town. They've been renamed "Provisioner" but I always put a post man hat on them. ;-)Is there a way to reset supply lines? I can't seem to find the NPCs I set to supply lines.

Yeah i'm getting good performance on PS4. I have played a good 35 hours at least, and haven't gotten more than few noticeable dips. Overall the game is running quite smoothly
You guys aren't getting massive frame drops when deep in the downtown area? Other areas are pretty much fine for me, but the frame rate when in the city (particularly the area outside around Goodneighbor) is almost unplayable at times. For indoor areas, there was a toy horse factory infested with Super Mutants that was particularly bad as well. There are definite frame rate dips, but performance on the whole is fine.
Certainly nothing sustained beyond a few seconds.
Game also looks brilliant at times.
You can hold X (PS4) and X + L1 to get additional placement maneuvers. It still isn't the best, but they've helped me out a few times.Building a house for these settlers is so frustrating. I tried building one in Sanctuary after triggering that Minutemen quest. Knocked down a crumbled house next to the house with the Power Armor rack, but the camera angle is too close to see what the heck you're doing. Even laying down a floor is hair pulling, can't even imagine building a multistory home or fort. There should be a drag and drop size option.
Alpha effects seem to bring the PS4 version to it's knees. I hope they patch it.I get frame drops when I'm in a room with fire and smoke. The game seems to struggle with that.

I agree that the game looks great though.
This gun is kinda crazy.
I'm still having issues with scarce ammo and being overcapacited by weight limits, kinda pisses me off.

Some parts of the city are totally fine. But when you get in deep around the tall buildings it chugs the entire time for me.Those areas are the only ones I have noticed drops in. Even then, it might chug for a second or two, then it's smooth sailing from there. Like I said, I have only gotten about 4-5 noticeable instances of frame drops. Really impressed what with all I heard about the game. Maybe I'm just lucky hahaha
The Xbox One version struggles with urban areas and anything involving verticality.
Boston itself is a bit of a dice roll when it comes to whether things will work as they should, and even out in the wastelands, climbing any towers to get a view of the skyline really breaks things down. I climbed the walkways of a power station chimney fairly early on in the game and I'm pretty certain it dipped well below 20fps.
The Xbox One version seems totally fine to me outside of that. But it's absolutely noticeable when it happens.
What sort of weight limits do people have, I'm running around with a 250 limit, and it fills way too fast, especially if junk collecting.
I'm at 260 right now but I have a follower with me who I use as a pack-mule.What sort of weight limits do people have, I'm running around with a 250 limit, and it fills way too fast, especially if junk collecting.

This gun basically replaced my souped up 10mm pistol. I don't think it's more powerful than.44mm handcannon upgraded, but it still looks cool cause it's a Makarov.Kellog's
Speaking of which, is the Chinese assault rifle in FO4 at all? I remember it being in FO3 and I think New Vegas. I just want it cause it's basically the AK-47.
