A lot of people in the other thread were championing the idea that K-T was creating a fake controversy to justify their decision to not localizing the game. On that note, here's a question that DOA producers were asked last year regarding DOA5:

Dead or Alive is one of the mediums prime examples of females being overtly sexualized. Is this controversy on Team Ninjas radar? If so, whats your viewpoint on these issues?"

Journalists have acknowledged how
extremely volatile the landscape is and publishers have acknowledged the controversy as well. It's strange that some people are now pretending that things
aren't volatile and that K-T is just making up a fake controversy. I don't think people appreciate how much pressure publishers are under right now.
