I remember when Persona 5 was still coming out 2015 and I was debating with myself which game I would have to tackle first lol.

P5s delay was probably one of the better things to happen for XenoX (and #FE). It leaves an expecting market/base without an RPG to play this holiday, and the positive reception on XenoX is likely not hurting in spreading the word.

It effectively has no competition in the genre at the moment due to how the cards landed this holiday. Of course, it will likely remain a mediocre performer all things considered.

Not even sure how I'm supposed to. Game barely explains anything, which is frustrating at times.

The console in the tower that lets you swap the Dolls weapons or change their colours is used to set them to characters too.

You guys should really watch out though. I got some things spoiled during the Japanese launch and let me tell you, there are some pretty big story moments you do not want to get spoiled at all costs.

I mean, I just randomly read what the ending of Fallout 4 was a while ago while I wasn't even looking for anything Fallout related, the internet has become a minefield when it comes to these things. Of course Xenoblade might not get the attention a Fallout would, but I'm sure there are some douchebags out there that will try to spoil people purposefully so you can better be save then sorry these days.

I know this too well. When I was first playing the game, maybe half way through, someone posted a screenshot in a thread here that supposedly showed an unlockable playable character. I decided to have a look, and while it did show a new optional character it also had some text on-screen that had a major spoiler in it (or rather, it made me figure out a major plot revelation that otherwise comes out of nowhere when it's finally revealed in-game).

The guy who posted the screen likely couldn't speak Japanese, and had no idea what bomb lay in that single image.

That sounds like more of an issue with your connection than the actual WiiU. I've got a launch console and there's no issue like the one you're describing.

The connection is fine, none of my other devices have any difficulties staying online. Changing the wifi channel to one nobody else uses in the building might have fixed the problem for me, though, managed to download MK8 without interruptions.

Once you hit level...30, I think it was? You can buy more Skells. Recommend doing so immediately. (You should have plenty of money by this point if you've been planting research probes here and there.)

Someone earlier asked about if there's an attract mode trailer? There is but it seems to be just camera panning around the different environments so no story spoilers, just more pretty scenery.

EDIT: Actually only watch for 10 minutes. It's not major story spoilers but it's some places you might not want to see early.

The attract mode is different for everyone, I think? AFAIK it only shows places you've already been to, so yes, be careful viewing other people's videos.

edit: I feel like the 8-4 podcast thread is stealing some of the OT's thunder with that title.

I ordered the discounted special edition through Best Buy and a discounted normal edition through Amazon. Amazon's saying December 11th - 18th. lol what a world.

I called months ago, and that's what they told me it would cost to repair. People here told it me would be cheaper to buy a replacement stick and do it myself, but I am scared of messing something up lol.
