Akuma isn't in the launch roster. We already know the initial 16.

Akuma will most likely be in the next wave of DLC characters. Who knows, maybe Capcom has been hush hush about him being a secret unlockable character. Probably not but you never know, I only think that it may happen because he's always been an unlockable character in the SF series.
