Nuclear Throne coming out today alongside Bastion.
Some cool looking VR stuff.
Catered to the COD and Star Wars people.
Weird they went with a CGI Paragon trailer though - there's actual gameplay out there isn't there? Would certainly shut the "OH SHIT ANOTHER MOBA" crowd up if they realised it was an FPS.

Unsurprising to see so many "No GOW 2/10" and "INDIES SUCK 0/10 #4THEPLAYERS LOL" comments.

Overall I liked the conference a lot interesting games, disappointed nothing from more of their first party studios, or PS VR release details, also a really bizarre way to end the show. Not sure if they thought Epic being there would play like a big get, since they are usually with Microsoft but yeah MOBA's aren't exactly a universally loved genre.

Good show overall. Full throttle, ff7r gameplay, ni no kuni 2 and yakuza 0 were the highlights for me. The ending was pretty bad, I think it would have been much better if they had switched epics game and ni no kuni and also made it more clear that it was over

Yup, they should have shown this instead. I figured Epic must be confident in this and think they have a hit to be the closer. It looks really good though, MOBA Gears.

Thing will come out and sell a million its first weak and all those people screaming "Weak ending a MoBA!" will eats the crow.

Not surprised by how bad the VR showing was either I wouldn't trust Sony to support that thing let alone 3rd party just look at the vita and PlayStation move plus not one game looked decent on it imo

They really did show the two most notable things way too early tho. There was no way to recover that momentum especially since they immediately followed it with Call of Duty of all things. The VR segment was pretty terrible as well aside from the pre-rendered trailer for ACE Combat. They may have effectively ruined VR for a lot of people. Legitimately called it, was nowhere in hell they could top that amazing E3 conference.

So uh... I guess Valkyria Azure Revolution and Chronicles Remastered aren't coming west?

Considering this is essentially the only logical event that Chronicles Remastered localization could be announced at before its JP release in February, and it doesn't strike me as something that'd have a long localization turnaround considering it's an already localized game.

I imagine they're coming. The first game particularly did well internationally. I feel like it might be one of those that gets announced after or as it comes out in Japan.

Seriously, that show sucked. Can't believe I got excited for that . Feelbad for people who travelled and waited in line. Bend was a no show. Santa Monica dropped shovelware.

Why. Even if they were disappointed, I'm pretty sure the panels and other events would more than make up for it. It's a convention made for Playstation fans to have fun and celebrate games. They'll have their fun over there.
