You were doing well, the issue is that you were giving me space. Vega excels at mid rage. If stayed close and didn't let up you probably would've won.

I dunno, I just try to figure out the best ways to use V-Trigger. Otherwise I just poke outside of their normal range and try to get them to whiff DPs or whatever.
I should probably learn a good meterless punish combo though.

I think Laura has better rushdown than Vega, honestly. I can do some annoying shit with light rolls but all you need is a single opening and you can get a lot of damage in.
e: but also, yeah. A lot of the time matchups in SFV come down to rushdown v rushdown. That's kind of the nature of the beast.

I actually think Laura's pretty annoying as a vega player. cMK and her fireball can be frustrating.
I dunno about that. Her lack of being able to get around projectiles will zone her out.
I don't really understand but is that basically having aerial defense for people who have parries?

Haven't had any luck getting into a match yet. Didn't have any issues with the past betas outside of times when matchmaking was literally not working.
You can generally just dash after a crush counter and do your bnb.
Because his v trigger is something that everyone with lag has 👀

Holy crap I'm bad at this. I've only got one win under my belt out of the 10 I've played. Still, having a great time. Wish I could use my PS3 stick but I'm sure that's been screamed a million times already.

He's my main until Karin. So far, those two are my favorites.
