What's Clinton's position on Citizens United?

One key litmus test she'll apply when naming SCOTUS justices is a willingness to overturn Citizens. This was discussed very early in the year.

And for all of this talk about realism: no one with a 'D' behind their name is going to have a cooperative Republican Congress. This election is all about court appointees until redistricting makes retaking the House a realistic prospect.

Wants it overturned, and its a litmus test for any Supreme Court nominee she would make.

And it is times like this that I remember that no matter how much I may prefer Sanders, I will gladly go out an vote for Hillary in the Generals.

She is LEAGUES better than the best candidate the Republicans have that can reasonably win.

Somewhat missed in this discussion: the appropriateness of the US acting as the unilateral decision-maker in the shaping of the middle-east.

We work with what we have. I have no problem with Single Payer being the end game. Bernie is going from the ACA to SIngle Payer with no actual transition. The ACA is unliked because it appears, to the under-educated masses, a government takeover. We couldn't get a public option because it looked like socialism woohhhh!

Bernie's plan is unrealistic. My plan would be similar to Hillary's in that we fix the areas of the ACA that need fixed. I support adding a public option and transitioning the tax credits towards that option as opposed to publicly available healthcare.

Again, we couldn't get a public option because of Lieberman fuckery and a couple specific senatorial fuckwits that used senate rules to pervert the process.

Bernie's plan may be unrealistic and vague but Hillary is taking a status quo position in an election she has plenty of room to maneuver to a more progressive position. She deserves probably even more anger because she is the likely nominee and is acting so restrained. Even within her pragmatic campaign.

Bernie might not win this time, but there will come a time where a Bernie-like candidate may win. Maybe 2020, 2024, 2028.. we shouldn't kneecap Bernie 2.0 in 2016 by allowing the GOP to get into position to stock the court with judges who'll vote at every opportunity to knock-down his/her achievements.

One of my favorite things about Hillary is it is obviously a packaged deal with Bill. Plus I no doubt suspect we would still have influence with Obama.

I like Bernie more than her. But I feel very optimistic about the election with Hillary in the lead.

Same as Bernie from what I remember. No Dems like it.

Wants it overturned, and its a litmus test for any Supreme Court nominee she would make.

She's pledged to appoint SC justices to overturn it.

That's good, a lot of the changes Bernie and the other dems want isn't even possible until Citizens United is overturned and Hilary is the most realistic path to accomplish that.
