After dark is cheaper on amazon, if that's an option.
Cities: Skylines - After Dark is 33% off.
Is this good enough or should I wait for a better deal?
How essential is this DLC?
Already have the main game.
The Homeworld Remastered Collection has some issues with AI and crashes.
Telltale Collection + Witcher Trilogy + EW Bundle or Homeworld Remastered Collection
OR
Football Manager 2016
Anybody have any feedback for any of the following?
The Talos Principle
Besiege
Legend of Grimrock 2
Darkest Dungeon

Only 5 games on my cart so far.
Underwhelming sale for me. Gonna wait for more games to be discounted later though.

How do you tell before you purchase if a Amazon download code is for Steam or Origin or uPlay or whatever?
I really miss the way the old sales were set up. It gave me something to look forward to during the sale every few hours.
This is it. Nothing more will happen.
Haha. Do people even read the OP? There are NO dailies or flash.

Where's my normal Steam thread?
(I guess we are back to the concept where it is closed during sales?)

You guessed right.
Worst Steam Sale ever. The age of Valve is done. This is literally it. There's nothing they can do now to prevent Origin and uplay from taking over.
That Dota 2 success got to their heads. Regular gamers get fucked thanks to those esport freaks.
Well we only have ourselves to blame, as the removal of flash and daily sales are likely the direct result of refunds being possible on Steam now. Personally I think it sucks, but I'd rather have consumer protections like that year round then better sales a few weeks out of the year.
Im not gonna lie, i rather just have all the deals up on the start of the sale, i just wish that the prices would be the price it gets when it goes on daily instead of the weaker prices

Downwell is pretty good guys. Only 2$. Its like a downward rogue lite platformer very fun and good controls.
being a bit dramatic, aren't we?
Many of the prices seem to be daily-level though.Im not gonna lie, i rather just have all the deals up on the start of the sale, i just wish that the prices would be the price it gets when it goes on daily instead of the weaker prices
What are some niche 2015 GOTY candidates that I can pick up?
I lol'dHer Story?
Squarecells is like Dark Souls of Picross. It isnt on sale but it's cheap and so worth it.

I mean e.g. Pillars of Eternity is 60% off. This is an acclaimed game which released this year.
Yes, again, they could do whatever they wanted to. When Valve sent out pricing notices for this sale they basically said "Price everything as if you were featured in a daily deal sale in the past" and obviously the publishers came back with a resounding "lol, no".
Also, any time you put additional rules or stipulations on the refund policy you're exponentially increasing the amount of work that needs to be done in order to enforce those rules and stipulations.
