Doing a new doll lets them start fresh with a new design. Decapre is kind of a troll character playstyle-wise and would be a rough fit given SFV's casual-friendly aims. At this point we've seen 3/12, might as well keep doing them and make it a tradition.
Somehow, I don't doubt the possibility.
Any guesses on Wave 2?

I always thought the hairline only looked like Balrog's hairline due to undergoing photoshop's blur.

Final fight dlc pack season 2. Though season 2 is probably Akuma, Sakura, Tekken Guy/Gal, + 3 more.
I would hurt a lot of people for the year of final fight, and cammy getting her final fight costume
I hope you're right, but until they indicate otherwise, I'd expect they're going with the character every two moth model.

I don't know why, but I feel Akuma (obviously), Rose and Maki are for sure for the 2nd wave of DLC characters. If Kazuya/Heihachi happened, I would totally be okay with it becoming a thing.

Him being T7 timed-exclusive is important. Ditto/vice versa for any Tekken guests in SFV.
Originally I saw the eyes and thought Alex, but the "hairline" did make me think Balrog. Same thing on the right, head and face made me think Urien at first, but the boots threw it off. I'm still not totally sure of what I'm seeing in those silhouettes, but whatever, as long as they look good in full.

I really want Rose as she is my Ultra main. She probably has a decent chance because she plays different than most and is female, although she's not as popular as Sakura.
However, I don't know if we would get both Sagat and Sakura though, and I think Sagat is very likely.

I think Maki will replace Guy when final fight characters come. Cody is too popular and has no real replacement, while Guy and Maki are sort of similar (both ninjas) even though they may not play too similar..

Sagat and Blanka were mentioned as two missing characters that Ono knows people want to see.
I doubt we'd get Sakura because that's a lot of shotos, and the only reason Sagat isn't there already is because of gameplay variety.

Considering by the end of this odds are we will have a bunch of shoto's and Gen-fu's ( Gen, chun li, yun, yang, and maybe rufus) at the end of this. Along with the bunches of wrestlers were are problably going to get.

Everybody does hella stun, but not everybody can steamroll the way Makoto does. Her and Ibuki should be stun meter masters in SF5 (just like SF3).
Everytime she dashes near you, your stun goes up.
Everytime she grabs you , your whole stun bar goes up.
Or just 3rd strike

I like the , " the top of my Gii is basically a waist shirt " look. I think ken looks rad because of it. Give her like an actual underhirt, but I want the waist gi thing. ryu's 1st alt in this game and the last game is just that. Its simple and is effective.
Jackets around the waist or Gi is something I can get behind design

While 2 and 4 are super cool, I really wouldn't want to hear the torrent of complaints that would come if they gave Makoto, of all characters, a default outfit that showed skin.

I'm sure she will. I just hope they make her ultra good again given how badly they've nerfed it over time, and since the FSE is likely her V-trigger.

First of all i expect 7 characters instead of 6 in 2017 as we have January and February for DLC where I'm 2016 the game releases mid February so having less is fine for 2016

Fan favourite character. This is basically guaranteed and the fact he will be in Tekken 7 would be such a dick move if Capcom don't bring him in SFV Wave 2
Sagat or Blanka
I think we will get 1 popular World Warrior for Wave 2. It's a toss up between the above, however if 1 doesn't make it in he will likely be there for Wave 3
Sakura
Another massive fan favourite. It's obvious she will return with a nice redesign
Maki or Sodom
I think Capcom will pull another Birdie and pull out another under appreciated Alpha character which will surprise fans why Capcom chose to bring back the character

I hope that gameplay wise Juri is basically unchanged. Fuhajin is such a cool move to use.
Someone outside of GAF mentioned legal issues surrounding Q. Wouldn't that screw him out of this game?

From what I was told by a friend (who apparently did research on the matter, & whom I trust), there may have been legal issues concerning Q looking like Robot Detective K.
It's not inside info or anything, it was just research on his end.

As far as I know, only legal issues are for characters like Skullomania and Ingrid.
