I didn't get any e-mail from Steam about buying something when it was up. Does that mean that no one bought anything with my account? I can't check the bank account ATM.

I have the same card. It should be able to lock. I play with a lot of high and ultra and I'll float from 50-60 average at 1080p.

I guess it was interesting to see what the symbol for Portuguese currency looks like.

I don't really like my phone/address/ect being on display or watching my card even more like a hawk than usual, but I will give Valve a chance to make it up to me (hint: lots of free stuff. LOTS)

I think it's the Euro cause it looked kind of like that. Looked like it had more slashes in it though, or i am not squinting hard enough

The account that showed up for me was someone from Portugal (I would have loved to see my face at the exact moment of the realization and me squinting at all the stuffs) and now that i think about it I have never paid attention to what the Euro symbol looks like lol

I am not even worried about my money cause I watch my stuff well enough (and no steam purchase alerts) or the password stuff since I am pretty good about changing stuff regularly, but I'm pretty salty about the address stuff/phone info/email info, large part because it's hard to place monetary value on that leaking, or how much I was personally affected.

Edit: Gabe I know YOU IN PARTICULAR at reading this (maybe) and I am totally not kidding, gimme free stuff to keep my extreme annoyance at having to change passwords and schedule extra visits to my bank and mild address info display paranoia instead of enjoying more cherry pie n turkey in check and stop it from boiling over into nerdrage.

This is like the first day in 2 weeks I thought I could just be lazy and I didn't wanna do adult sh*t today, dammit.
 
Worst thing about this Steam breach is that i will now probably need new password and i will need to forget current one that has 22 charaters XD
 
This is all a big misunderstanding. Valve saw that people wanted dailies, so they thought about the next big thing: anyone could get access to Jase's Steam account and play thousands of games for free!
 
Is that Star Wars bundle still on sale? I saw it yesterday and just decided I wanted to grab it since nostalgia hit me. I got the first Star Wars Battlefront for Christmas one year a long time ago and now I totally want to play it this Christmas.
