It's a fairly demanding game, yeah, plus the lack of Steam Cloud support and forced login-laced intro (which can be largely skipped with this mod) don't sit well with some. For an ideal experience, you want:
- An overclocked Intel CPU, preferably one with HyperThreading
- At least 12GB RAM
- At least a 970/AMD equivalent
- An SSD large enough to house the game (approx. 51.5GB)
I tick all of the boxes and it runs perfectly fine for me at 1080p and max in-game settings (AA aside, which I have set to SMAA 1x).

EDIT: Thank god this thread has some occasional weird anime stuff in it, I was suffering from withdrawal.
Both are good games and pretty approachable. I think I had a little more trouble with cities because I haven't done much of simcity types of games, as where prison artitect feels a bit more like rollercoaster tycoon to me in that you build the zones and facilities and can monitor things for awhile. Also the story in PA should ease you into how to make and do things before you do the freeplay mode. Personally I've put more time into PA and love the craziness of it and the devs are still adding decent content each month.
The ratio is extremely low since moving out of community. Must be something in the water over there.
And after only a few days steam broke down. Coincidence?

Ultra Street Fighter IV doesnt have some kind of GOTY edition as far as I know. The base game includes all the characters even though DLC skins needs to be purchased seperately if u want them.

If you get Ultra SF4, you get it without any Costume DLCs from Steam.
From there just get the SSF4 AE Outfit bundle on Steam to get all non-Ultra alt. outfits.

I picked up Shadow Blade Reload and it's been a ton of fun so far. Reminds me of Shinobi. Was based on a mobile version but apparently the devs really changed/made it more suitable for PC and didn't just do a straight port and dump.
Do you already have Age of Wonders 3? If not, get that first

Without having played TW3 yet, the article seems written by someone that hasn't played a game in the last 20 years. "if you try to block a strike from a monster that would easily shatter all the bones in your arm, well, the game is going to punish you for it.". Wow, it's surely the first game to be this realistic!

I think it's because the IP holders of said VNs don't want the less income generated from such bundles when they could get more money from having the game be bought from their retailer/website.

Janky as it may be, this is the type of game the Strider reboot should've been. I liked it a lot.
