What the fuck just happened?! I finally go ahead and start the download for Wolfenstein Old Blood (35GB) on a family member's ethernet connection and that shit is done in less than half an hour. I've never seen anything like it. I never even try to get anything over 25GB on my home Wi-Fi, and even that takes like six hours.The meter showed an almost constant 23MB/s down (that's MegaBYTES, not bits). I go to speedtest and it reports like 83Mb/s but doesn't that Steam meter mean this motherfucker has almost 200Mb/s down? I don't even think this dude knows his ISP upgraded him.

I think Steam reports different sizes depending on where you are in the client. The install might be 35GB but the actual download package may be smaller due to compression.

Either way, though, DAMN.

First is the shortest because it's the easiest. Same amount of puzzles across them all. Except Infinite. Infinite has infinite randomized ones.

I'd recommend switching out Hexcells for the Hexcells pack. Hexcells 1 is good, but it's just a starting point of the series.

Anyone have any idea on how to get Shadow of Mordor working? It doesn't even try to open. I've tried the thing where you create a folder in WBGames with the 3 config files and I've tried opening it as an administrator and nothing. The task just crashes as soon as I hit start.

Just picked up Cosmic DJ for 0.74.

What a little gem of a music game. And so funny too. You basically have to make a music track with a simple sequencer, and you can even save your music and make an mp3 out of it too (and as it's saving you make a cover art for your album LOL).

Anyone who is even a tiny bit musically inclined would get a huge kick out of this.

Is there any way to have Steam run a batch file BEFORE and AFTER I launch a particular game (big picture or desktop mode)?

I have my computer set to sleep after 3 minutes idle because the environment matters. Unfortunately, Jackbox Party Pack is controlled with phones, so the computer registers as idle while you're playing. I wrote a batch file to toggle my computer out of eco-friendly mode and back again, now I'm trying to figure out the best way to run it before launching JPP (to switch out) and after (to switch in). Any suggestions?

Just a thought - substitute Jackbox Party exe with a custom bat to exe file that will change the setting, run the original exe, wait and then change the setting back.

Why does Assassin's Creed Chronicles have a mixed rating on Steam? Were there issues with the game or were people just upset about something?

If you read the negative reviews common issues seem to be:
- crappy keyboard controls that you can't change (controller seems fine)
- doesn't really feel like an Assassin's Creed title gameplay-wise, more like a "dull Mark of the Ninja"
- some people can't get it to run
- lots of people who dislike the 2D
- some people have problems with Uplay

Note that I haven't played the game, just summing up some negative reviews.

a maximum of 68 fucking degrees celcius (154f). just an awesome little powerhouse.
