Well recently I bought some Gs (Marvel Heroes fake money, they were also having a sale) on the first day of the sale (not the smartest thing mind you because of the load), it took the money from my wallet but I never got it in game, nor did I ever get the email confirmation from steam. Worst, because it was a in-game item, Steam doesn't allow refunds on those. So I went back and forth for like 4 days between steam support and gazillion, each saying they couldn't do anything, until steam caved and gave me the refund.
It actually showed in my purchase history but gazillion insisted they needed the email (because apparently it has some info there that only shows up there pertinent to the purchase). I ended up missing the G sale but at least I got my money back.

That's messed up. Wouldn't they just need a transaction/order number to confirm everything on both ends?
I didn't realise Steam was crumbling so much, even before Christmas.

Crazy different game and rather large learning curve. It's an absolutely amazing, fantastic game. Just... Incredibly brutal and punishing. Really depends on what they're looking for. Nuclear Throne has a nice pick up and play thing going for it.

Every Ys game is a great game.
Gameplay wise, i'd recommend you choose Oath, origin and Ark. Otherwise if you want to play according to order and have no issue with playing older games then I would recommend this:
Ys I + II -> Oath -> Origin -> Ys VI
Though some would say that Ys VI would be difficult to get into after Oath and Origin (Wasn't an issue for me, but I can see that view). So if you're only interested for the gameplay:
Ys VI -> Oath -> Origin
Undertale spoilers:
You don't have to kill Toriel. Jusf keep waiting it out and you'll get it. But don't feel bad, I did the same thing in my first playthrough.
