sounds like a glitch or error in the app because it should never do that while video is playing, there might be an auto dim option in the console settings no idea honestly.

To be fair, Metroid games have stuff like room transitions eating up a lot of time. I think the equivalent any% Super has ~15min of difference between the timer vs in game counter and that run is significantly shorter.

I think it uses a lot of polys instead of cheating with textures. Looks even greater on emulators.

Yeah, you're right. I always assumed that on SDA that the minute hand was the second hand. The record is actually 56 minutes.

Generally saying 1 frame window. If that's the same then wow. 1/10th of a second is impressive, 1/60th of is crazy.
