IIRC he's Bison's self proclaimed number 2 so I think that makes it an even safer bet that's why.

Could just be the latest show build. At WSO at Capcom UK, they mentioned that the build they were playing was the latest show build that featured F.A.N.G., but that they weren't playing it. I imagine this is some near final build.
Also, the build at WSO featured both rematches & win counters, and that is the latest show build. And the Street Fighter t-shirt is a t-shirt the devs & community staff have been seen wearing regularly. The one where the logo is on the back.
LPN could've just been brought in to an early playtest of near-final submission build for balance purposes.

thats what i figure at least.
Cracked version doesn't have the number of rounds won icons since they have to play in training mode.... Unless they cracked it to play online!

I think it was already leaked in a screen shot somewhere, wasn't visualized very well though.
But yeah I'm hoping everyone with a redesign has a classic alt skin, especially him and Karin.

Iirc yes, the shot was small and I couldn't make it out well on my phone though.
The Madcatz TEs are available with new versions coming out soon that add a touch pad. You can use a coupon on Madcatz site for the current versions which knock the price down a bit. They are full Sanwa and good sticks
There are also Hori HRAPs available for PS4 which are also solid sticks. They have Hori Hayabusa sticks and Kuro buttons, which aren't bad but I don't like them as much as Sanwa/Seimitsu. I have one of these and swapped the stick and buttons out for full Seimitsu which was fairly easy.
Just to give more details the promo for Madcatz ends today and will bring the Chun Li stick down to $190 with the promo code "2016"
Hori HRAP can usually be found for about $150 but sometimes less. If you like Sanwa I'd say go for the Madcatz, if not or you don't have a preference go for the Hori and the replacement buttons and stick will about even out the price.

I don't recall that, but perhaps I missed it.
Either way I feel pretty confident it'll be an option, I'm just hoping it's one that's included in-game, and not via DLC, but we'll see. Thanks.

Funny how KoF is getting an anime series but not SF5 XP
Then again...ain't much story there in an SF anime unless you make each episode character centric.
The beta already had cross platform matchmaking. It'd be a damn shame if the same didn't apply to lobbies or other modes.
