I like to give DC a chance though. Someday they'll make a good film.
What did you think of TDK?

A long time ago, yes...
In this decade however?
A long time ago, yes...
Six years into this decade, however?
Well they've made 1 movie since you know, their last critically acclaimed one.
Rises with its faults is still better than half of the MCU.
A disappointing movie starring Batman and a flat out bad movie with the Superman one. Not a good track record.
In production values, certainly. By a country mile. Can't think of any other reason though.
87% on RT, $1.1b box office is disappointing? By that metric....most of the MCU must be a disaster then
What's with marvel fans getting so defensive about a good trailer from DC....

Comic spoiler:
Love the trailer to death, but I have to know:
It this Emma Watson?
Is this the first time Will Smith has played a "bad guy"?

What's so smh about that? It is what it is. Multiple different styles and rhythms in one track. I guess people love the way it flows, but it could've been like 3 different songs.Yea I was shaking my head reading that.
Joel Kinnaman is the weak-link in this trailer. total miscast. I dont think i ever seen Joel Kinnaman in a movie or tv show and hated his acting. Sucks that Tom Hardy didnt take the role.
So Joker and Harley in the chemicals, is that before shes locked up and part of the Suicide Squad or after? If it's before, it doesn't seem like it does much to either of them.
Those films were both very well received though.A disappointing movie starring Batman and a flat out bad movie with the Superman one. Not a good track record.

Tdkr is bottom of the barrel.

Half? The MCU is Wii tier, treated with kid gloves.Rises with its faults is still better than half of the MCU.
This movie could save Jai Courtney's career.
Theirs no DC movies but Man of Steel. Well unless your talking outside their universe series.Boy, DC movies must really suck if even the fanboys want to keep talking about MCU instead of the actual DC movies in a thread about a new DC movie trailer. Lol.

Marvel is the benchmark right now standing for super hero movies right now so why wouldn't it be brought up.
Personally, I'd say TDK is the benchmark against which a superhero movie should be measured.
But that's just my opinion.
TDK's not even a good movie![]()
A metric fuckton of people really liked that movie.

Suicide Squad is not a movie, confirmed.
Tdkr is bottom of the barrel.
Nah, that's reserved for the Thor movies and Iron Man 2.
More like you dislike the movie doesn't make it bad.wouldn't be the first time people liked bad things
a lot of people wanna vote for Trump, and still eat at Chiptole
<_<
>_>
I liked Iron Man 2.
*runs*
So you want arguments about movies not released yet?
