There's a ton of people I know vaguely that I also know got married in between my vague knowing of them and now.

Some of those people I have pictures with that are associated with funny stories.

If I found one of those pictures, I might scan it in and talk about it on twitter, to reminisce as it were.

In this post-facebook world it's not weird at all.

Heck, I have multiple Facebook friends I've only met once, but could give a basic summary of what they've been up to just from scrolling past their posts.

I love Cliff, he's a very intelligent and witty person. Don't always agree with his opinions, but enjoy reading his thoughts on various topics.

This is flat out wrong. From time to time FB absolutely does bump stuff up in the newsfeed from people that I don't often interact with, especially if it gets a lot of likes.

I was reminiscing with my girlfriend about the Mexican restaurant we visited on our first date. When I reminded her she had the chicken quesadilla, she called me a creep for remembering something so trivial and broke up with me.

This was actually the first thread I think I ever read on NeoGAF.
I remember someone made a topic about it in the Bungie.net "The Flood" subforum. I only briefly browsed this thread though and then forgot about GAF. It wasn't until the lead-up to the PS4/Xbox One releases that I started lurking.
 
Cliff cares so little about NeoGAF that he's constantly talking about it, directing tweets towards it, and posting on it, to the point where we had to explicitly ban the daily Gaming Forum threads highlighting whatever dumb shit came out of his mouth about NeoGAF at any particular moment.

As far as the old "hundreds of developers" comment, Cliff speaks on behalf of the entire gaming industry about as legitimately as Sarah Palin speaks on behalf of the United States.

I'd love to know where there's some magical place online that's a bastion for game devs and people say only nice things about games and everything's happy.
