The theme is $3.49 on its own. Theme plus game bundle pack is... I think $21.99.

To be fair, some games definitely do this better than others and both reviews so far suggest that Firewatch is on the worse end of the scale.
It's not like the player has to change the entire game, just feel like they've made a difference.

SOMA and its choices, and Oxenfree's dialogue choices are, I feel, more mature directions for dialogue/action choices to go. Not everything needs to be a branching tree; SOMA's choices felt really impactful due to the underlying story and your own understanding of what was happening and Oxenfree's dialogue felt very natural and IMO didn't feel like you were being railroaded down different branches.

10 minutes before the embargo (officially) ends, right?
It's not perpetually changing but yes it is clock based. There are multiple times of day and the theme responds to your system clock. So it will chill out on one time of day for a few hours, then transition over a period of a couple minutes to the next time of day. So, if you turn your system on at different times of day, your dash looks different.
Yes the theme is available separately, or in a bundle pack with the game at a discount.
It won't be available for purchase on PSN until it releases tomorrow.

Yes that's me I play on 21:9 at home. I'm also the UI artist on the game and made sure the UI actually works properly from 21:9 all the way down to 5:4 (the slightly taller than 4:3 displays like your friends old sick 1280x1024 CRT that you were envious of in 1998).

It's made with Unity so it's hard to tell. Some Unity games run horribly on anything and some run great.
