Yes it is.
In the US only Best Buy employees are eligible to use the site, but in Canada it's far more open as long as you have a code.

Do you have any family or close friends who are teachers? See if they can get you on the teachers' corporate plan. $56.50 including tax for 5 GB a month is great.

Wind. Honestly, best price and reception is fine imo as long as you live in a city. It's gotten a lot better over the years. IT's only going to get better once they get LTE. Might be good to get it now, i could see them raising prices when they get LTE. They can't charge a lot right now because it's stuck on 3G.

Sounds like the Canada Post I know... In the past I have had Canada Post admit to pre scanning packages as delivered before they leave the sorting facility so they dont have to do it on their route because their scanners sometimes mess up. This has caused me great confusion several times.

If you are concerned, you can force the shipping date to update by changing the shipping speed and change back. Alternatively, you can talk to customer support and they may upgrade you for free.

Absolutely not true, unless the return is due to something that's their fault, a damaged item, or you ask the rep on chat to set up the return and they're nice to you. I usually get about $6 deducted from my return for return shipping.

Unless it's their fault, or qualifies for Free Returns (which is mainly limited to clothing, jewelery, and watches).

For what it's worth I had a lot of fun with it. Anyone could safely hold off for a discount, but hard-core fans of the genre shouldn't dismiss it because of what people who haven't played it have heard.

Can confirm this, was never charged return shipping fee except when they allowed me to return something purchased 120 days after the delivery date. I have returned about 10 things to Amazon in the past year (sometimes I forget to cancel random preorders).

It depends on the reason you want to return. If you choose something like the "item is defective" or "item was damaged" you most likely won't get charged, but if you pick something like "no longer needed/wanted" or "I changed my mind", you will get charge shipping fees.
