I so thought about taking a day off work but I know I can wait since I've played enough of the betas for dat taste.
I will be taking a taxi home for what is essentially a thirty minute bus ride tho.
Anyway, So I'm guessing this is the story. I'm sure the real story mode will deviate here and there, but I don't expect it to go too far off track.
Ryu and Gouken are training so Ryu can lose the edge and go back to being boring. Various people stop by, including Rashid (who gets his shit pushed in), Ken (friendly sparring match), and whatever. Eventually, Bison's fuckery catches Ryu's eye so he goes in investigate it.
Bison himself is old now but for whatever reason, possibly at his Alpha 3 levels. His Psycho Power is getting 2hot2handle, so he needs a new body. Since no girls will let him in, he looks to an ancient warrior, Necaili, and sets him loose on the world because that dude eats souls and is craving them like a pregnant lady.
So anyway, either Necaili finds Ryu on his own, or the big thing in the sky is Bison throwing him into the world, and they fight. Ryu will probably lose because this dude is the progenitor of the SnH, or because this dude is stupid strong. Maybe they will draw. Whatever the case, Nec goes around feasting on warriors while Ryu licks his wounds.
Charile awakens from his tomb, angry as shit that he died. Looks like they might be retconning his death back to Alpha 2 status going by the intro, but that doesn't make any sense. Someone correct me. Anyway, he wakes up and meets Helen, who's super into him despite the whole rotted arm thing. She's trying to get the D, but only wants the B.
I think the Illuminati sees him as a failed experiment, but lets him do his thing because hey, why not?
So Ryu goes around warning people, Rashid is trying to find Maya/Probably C Viper, and Charlie will probably meet up with Chun Li and Guile before running away like the monster he is.
Some shit will happen in the middle that's really not so important (like Mika and Laura's rivalry), but at the end, Ryu, Ken, Chun, Charile, Rashid, fight the Shadowloo crew. Bison will most likely get his shit pushed in by Ryu for the 100th time and be on the verge of death when suddenly Nec pops up. Bison being like "lol I planned dis" will try some shit, but Nec is actually not all that braindead and hits that Trigger, beating the shit out of Bison more. So now it's Ryu vs Nec, Ryu uses the nothingness after struggling to never want to enter a Hot Topic again, and defeats him for good.
Bison's ass will get up and pretend he's okay but that dude is wrecked. Him and Nash will face off one final time, with the latter sacrificing himself to take down Bison once and for all.
The DLC will deal with the aftermath, the remains of Shadoloo hanging around, and Urien's plans going into motion.
