I really like a lot of Female JP VAs in this game. Oboro is a character that I initially found sounded odd but her voice eventually won me over. Flora, Azura, and Camilla all have great voices as well.

You don't really hear about a "cultural phenomenon" in Korea or Japan because it's just normal between friends (or comrades, especially in the South Korean army) to physically touch each other (non sexually, of course) as a sign of friendship. Handshakes, hugs, etc. More common in same-sex skinship dealings, but yeah.
My time living in Korea was just that, really. It was pretty jarring for me to come to America and everyone's like "bro no homo though"
