While this guy isn't the best he's more than competent and very good at breaking down characters..he has multiple videos of him playing people online . I beleive it's called the week of ken or something like that

If you want really high level play with ken look up Momochi SF5 or variations of that and you'll get probably the best Ken player (at least in SF4) in the world. If you are truly new to SF I would suggest against this for taking any tips from him at this stage ...unless you grasp why he's doing what he is doing even though it might look like he's just doing random things , it's really not going to help you much...hope this helps and good luck!
