Somehow I agree, though it's difficult to look past the art. The hoodie, the gloves + the hawk = looks like a future DLC character I'd grind for. I mean, I'd buy Sean regardless but it's a good/unique look for him.
I'm fine with Rufus as a character, he's played for laughs and the Rufus/Zangief odd couple pairing in SFxT was genuinely hilarious
But if he ever comes back I hope he's completely reworked like a bunch of characters in SFV are. From a gameplay perspective he's insanely boring.
