He's a wild card. The easiest kind of character to write. He's on the run from the law in 3s, so they could just have him show up wherever shit really goes down.

Anything that's available for pre-order on PSN will have a preload. They usually go up on Sunday's, but developers can schedule them earlier.

Pre ordered through Amazon last night. tbh haven't played SF since I "tried" SF IV but I'm on board with SF V because the exclusivity and seems more user friendly. Hopefully I don't burnout like I did on MK X but this should keep me busy till Uncharted 4!

Of course you'll need to authenticate every time you start up the game, but still that's better than USF4's implementation I suppose. I don't know how they'll handle that on tournaments though.
