It's not in a state where any type of player could be happy with it.
Genuinely thought the game's press was being paranoid when a lot of them were saying that they were holding off giving their official review scores until after the online was out in the wild. Capcom dropped the ball on this one hard, especially after the smooth performance of the beta.

M. Bison combo question:
During v Trigger, I've seen videos of the following: scissors > EX Flame > EX Stomp, where the EX Stomp hits twice.
No matter how I do it, it either hits only once or not at all. How do I get that EX stomp to hit twice?
PC question:
When in a match and such I tend to get a solid 60 fps, however on the character select and loading screen (with each character and the globe on screen), I barely get 30. I didn't have this issue in the betas. Is there a setting I can change or some way to fix this?

you also get 2000 and 5000 for easy and normal survival mode (unless that is only a one shot deal regardless of character), and I would assume even more for hard and hardest

switch the little tab on the stick from Left Stick to DPad, that should fix it

Im in but the server loading time after each battle, even storymode, takes 30 seconds or so. Europe.
Im happy with it! I just spent like an hour in training with Rashid figuring stuffs out.
I don't know why people are shitting all over the game because of server issues. These almost always happen during the initial launch of a popular MP game and I'm sure will be fixed soon enough. If it's broken for like a week or something then I think people should really complain. (I'm sure people are going to hate this post.)

This server based loading times even for story are unbelievable.

10 ranked matches (8 wins, 2 losses).
5 of my wins failed to send match results to the server but all of my losses went through without a hitch. So technically I am 3-2 right now.

I've been getting matches for about 3 hours now. But, I guess it's not universal. It suddenly slowed down a little bit a few minutes ago, though (but, I'm still getting matches)

Decided to give offline a try and unlock some colors for Bison. After an hour and a half of consistently being logged into the server it boots me half way through Survival and now I can't get back in.
A part of me realizes this is probably them resetting the server ... but being denied fight money from offline play hurts and suffering through the online up until this point only to be disconnected on my first foray into offline is rubbing salt in the wound.

oh man, I was so happy to find out the game accepts the Saturn pad. But how can I get the D-pad to work? Buttons work fine.

No it will run at 60FPS regardless of refresh rate.
I don't get how some of you still go into hard survival mode when the servers are obviously fragile right now

Thanks. I figured that was the case when I read about the way 30 FPS makes the game run in slow motion.
When you just get "failed to send data" I'm pretty sure it's just their servers being yacked right now. When people duck you the game will immediately halt and you'll get an error message.
