That and the shadaloo base. Latter has the most epic stage soundtrack.

This sucks, the Beta was much better as I kept getting matches constantly. I fought 2 guys from Chile and one from Peru, who actually happens to be a friend lol.

Yeah I love Karin's.
I do wish there were some more stages without NPCs. Or an NPC toggle.

Is there no way to currently disable character themes and just have the stage music play while fighting someone like SFIV? They are so much more enjoyable for me.

Usually crouching heavy kick, also known as a crouching roundhouse. It's the attack the "sweeps" the opponent and causes a knockdown.

I just beat some scrubby Laura with him, so I'm feeling good about myself. Feels like you have to charge really long to get his moves out, but I like him.
I kinda wish there was a stat after every match you won that told you the percentage of life you took with poison.

I don't think so. I keep having these matches with a Laura and I really want to message them.
Also I fought a solid Ryu who parried my scrubby wake up DP and owned me. I legit want to tell him "good shit".
Also Cammy's ass is perfectly modeled.
Hold back. If you notice they have a tendency to wake up with a DP (Shoryuken) then try to bait it and punish them for it.

Yes, but you don't have to wait for the normal attack to finish it's animation. It 'cancels' into the special attack.
A low hit where it knocks the opponent down.

You won't be getting many crushes since her crush move is sHK and thats more of an anti air. If you get one in the air just reset.
If you have meter just throw a super, otherwise save it for EX Strikes

I think Cammy is the cheapest character by far tho
Yeah, Capcom needs to fix this, it's annoying considering SF4 never had this problem.

One thing Street Fighter V proves is how subjective value is. I paid £25 for this game via steam and spent the first 2 hours with Ryu in training mode. The enjoyment of learning inputs and actively improving is something many other games don't do as well as fighters. In essence that's what they're all about.
For me, even without vast single player content and the sloppy start to online modes this is a wonderful game, with depth and countless hours waiting to be invested in it. Won't regret a second of it.

Ok I managed to connect after 5 minutes worth of retries and now I'm of course in a queue to get a match. Trying both ranked and casual. I haven't been able to have ONE match since the game went live.

Same, Think they should add a 200 buffer for each league.
So if you get up to lets say silver at 2000lp, you would only derank if you hit 1800lp.
Would prevent that derpressing zigzag pattern of rank up rank down
