For a while now I've been meaning to recommend SF fans to check out Nostalgic Gamer's channel on Youtube, and I might as well do it here.
He's not often talked about but he's made some fantastic, in-depth retrospective videos over the years covering Street Fighter, Darkstalkers and other Capcom and non-Capcom fighting games (next to covering Rareware and other companies if you're into that as well). He even manages to often get info from people who worked on these games and for those companies in many cases, which is quite a feat on its own and truly increases the value of his videos I find.
Just the other day he uploaded a 50+ minute long video on the people behind the SF series. I've yet to watch this one myself but going by his usual quality, it should be thorough and a great watch (for instance while you wait for a match to be found in SFV).
One small warning: he does have a somewhat monotone style of narration that honestly never bothered me but might bother those looking for a very energetic and hyped host instead of a more documentary style narrator.
Enjoy!
