Damn it. Getting 21004 unable to log into game server errors again.

Pretty nice actually. Survival sucks but it's nice to know there's so much FM earnable in the game.

Season 2 on the other hand is gonna be rough. Hopefully the challenges are good about giving out FM too.
 
That Bison video the Street Fighter/ Capcom Fighters channel put up today seriously helped me quite a bit. Still have trouble linking things from his heavier attacks though.
 
Just had my first person disconnect on me:(
I don't consider myself an expert but it was really easy for me to read them and as soon as the match ended they disconnected lol

GGs tricky Rmika I kept trying to jump away after the crHK since I was scared of command grab but got stuffed for 4 games in a row till I blocked lol
 
Well. I finally benefited from the "not able to send data to server" for once. :/

I hate bitching and moaning but things like... When I use my CA, it seems like a lot of the time, it will get easily blocked even if they're already in the middle of the action. When I try and block a CA, my character stands around like an idiot and waits to finish the smallest of tasks.

I play Karin and I've also found it hard to open people up but here's a few tips I've found.

Keep the distance with MK and dash up, cr.MK into QCB+K. If you force them to play footsies with you they are going to have to stop blocking low eventually.

If you can condition them to block low using QCB+LP around MK distance is a very hard to react to overhead.

Most people facing Karin expect for you to try to cross them up with MK, then follow-up with crouching MP to standing MP as that's all safe and is a BnB. You can stop after the crouching MP and go for a throw.

I also find that people kind of crumble when you apply the V-Trigger on your opponent. I think your opponent is expecting you to just run through various follow-ups looking for an opening but as most of them aren't safe you should just use the initial palms to apply pressure and then try to open them up traditionally. If they're a character with a Reversal they'll probably start mashing it after the second knockdown and then you can punish with a huge Crush Counter combo.
 
Just started the game for the first time and can't even connect to servers after the tutorial lol gg Capcom

I'm going to the gym, this shit better be fixed when I get back

I also don't use the knight piece in chess, I don't like to use cheap chess pieces. Oh, and when I play baseball I never bunt and I let fly balls drop, you know, so I don't play cheaply.

We are good, honest, clean players. We aren't ridiculous at all.

Answering my own question. This is apparently what happens when you attempt to install on a 32-bit version of Windows. Glad it works great on my main laptop at least!
 
Two Karin questions:

- Cr.mk xx Orochi (shoulder) doesn't combo, right?
- Is there a trick to getting just frame Tenko into Orochi? Feels impossible, I just can't hit down punch any faster or I get Tenko.
