Finally completed survival on normal with Rainbow Mika! Nash almost killed me and then I got full health on necalli. Necalli almost destroyed me and I get low health recovery. Luckily Bison never blocked my charged heavy kick into target combo and and then I stunned him for the win. My deed for the day is done.

I just won 7k on survival so to have none was extra worrying!Climbed back from 700 to 1158 LP. Can't help but play reactive with Dhalsim, which is the polar opposite of how I should be playing. It seems like I can reach 2k using some easy mode character based on the 2k players I've beat, but no one in the roster besides Mika and Sim appeal to me. Learnt some good Mika tech today so might switch back to her later. But taking a break for now. Don't want to tilt again.

Purple also looks surprisingly good.
Yeah I played Survival on Normal with Karin and had a fairly easy time, then in the late 20s it got harder. Bison felt like a real boss, almost.
I managed to finish it, but it got hairy.

I did get very lucky but the method I used is the method to use, I just adapted by using the solar plexus into a shoryuken combo and if possible a shinku hadouken

Does crouch blocking stop them, or just plain standing block? Or both and I'm just unlucky transitioning into my own attack?

I finally did my homework on Karin's special moves. I can mash DP to punish almost everything. I am not putting up with Kain's just throwing out special moves at will anymore, NO MORE.

It depends on what attacks they are using. Some hit high, which you have to stand block. This includes jumping attacks and "overhead" attacks, which most characters have one of. You also can't block throws. Crouch block stops the low and mid attacks, which is the majority of other moves characters can perform. Jumping attacks can crossup, which means you have to block "forward" instead of "back" because they're hitting you from the other side.
Since you're talking about "transitioning" to attacks note that you can't attack/throw, or do anything and block at the same time. You can block, or do something. Not both.
Matters if it's a high or low. Meaty attack is just a regular attack they time as you're waking up. If you throw, move, or put out something like a jab you're going to get clocked. You just gotta know which way to block, and/or take the chance to do a dp or something and hope they don't bait it out.

It is very easy to bait dragon punches in Street fighter V. Free crush counter forward fierce and then forward fierce ex wingless airplane. Fkn good punish as my Mika.

I'm gonna say this again. I don't feel ripped off at all. I don't feel like I've wasted any of my money. This is coming from a guy who has the Season Pass, Collector's Edition, and Cammy's Battle Costume.
I was playing Casual Matches and even though I was losing more than winning... I was having alotta fun. I pressured a Birdie user and a Ryu user into a corner and I was just hitting them nonstop with Cammy. I felt so awesome and powerful as I hit them. It was addicting. I kept hitting them from all directions. I support the game

Seriously Capcom, fix your goddamn shit. I've gone 15-4 today, but only 2 of my wins and ALL of my losses have been sent. I was looking forward to that fat 90+ LP when I busted my ass to beat a gold Ryu, but nope, 40006 error message. When I started today I was hoping to make Ultra silver, but it looks like I may actually rank down because their servers are fucked.
I definitely would have if capcom allowed us to actually send messages. I doesn't make sense that we can only send invites after friending people.

Yeah, it was set to First to 2 and to avoid the loading after a set is over I prefer going with FT5
