So update on the story no one probably cares about.
Turns out my friend was sleeping and got the time wrong anyway so I did end up seeing deadpool anyway, which was good, though I think the hype was a bit much. And when we got done my friend just wouldn't stop talking to me. Since he's always the loudest person in the room (and theater unfortunately) the conversation was around him and me, ignoring the others including the birthday kid. I decided to go home straight from there since I didn't want to hijack the party, which I think would have been d&d but I'm not sure

1) it was about a husband calling his wife crazy for things like asking if a dress made her look big, being threatened by other women.
