You only see them at higher ranks since they never technically lose. So if you see an ultra silver with 50+ wins then you might as well disconnect right there.
Casual rage quits seem to be more of an act of passion rather than greed.

Can anyone offer some advice in the Laura vs Karin match up? As Laura it seems super tough against her.
The people who are the top can get back there pretty easily. There are a bunch of people MUCH higher than they should be in the leaderboards because they're RQing. I fought at least two Gold ranked players who were more like Super Bronze.

This is like gambling, the more you lose on ranked matches, the more you come back to.play to make up for the loss, but you keep.losing. dropped one league, now back to rookie fuck

RQ penalty should be -100 lp.
It should just be what they would have normally have lost if they had lost. It should just be a loss, and the other player wins. It's what other games do.

I just cant seem to be able to mount an offense really. Whenever I think I can punish a whiffed jab or another normal it seems like Karin can always beat out my normals and keep me on the defense heavily.

I believe it's the highest possible PP loss in SF4. Not sure why it isn't the same in SFV.

On my way; I was in a ranked match when I received it and it just finished.
Guess I'd have to see a particular match, I don't find the Karin match up anymore different than a lot of characters. Hardest part of the matchup was just knowing what the hell her moves do. Got a CFN with any recent replays of a karin match?

I don't think it's going to stop any of those people honestly. If two wins alone give you more LP than you'd lose in a DC penalty they'll always find a way. They'll fire up a torrent or jiggle a cat5. I think the bigger issue are dudes who are actually decent who do RQ after a 20 plus streak of legit wins.

Nah RQ deserves much harsher punishment IMO. If you can't take a loss then you deserve -100lp. But I understand there are times when DCs are legit so i think a -35 to -50 what you would lose in a typical match is fine.

I dont know why people would RQ in casuals there is literally no penalty for losing. The game doesn't even count your w/l ratio.
