In what respect? Looks like a sidegrade to me, design and colour changes but nothing technical aside from the motion blur. The images are too low res/compressed to really evaluate anything like textures
Really? Lol. The textures on the ridge of the cliff and rocks are improved, along with those on Drake's top, there's also added vegetation density and motion blur. People all too easily confuse preferred art direction (Eg in this instance less saturated colours) with actual downgrades. This is an upgrade, it's just a lot more colourful and in direct sunlight.

+ No border around the lips
- lighting (not sure if downgrade, but different in a way I don't like as much)
I see a change in colour pallate, more motion blur, slightly more foliage types and improved detail around the cliff face. Downgrade confirmed

Yup. If this was The Last Of Us, I'd have an issue with the more colorful look. But this style is exactly what I expect and associate with Uncharted.

I like the new more vibrant look, fits in better with the semi cartoon'y look of the previous games in the Uncharted series. Glad they haven't gone with the more bleak realistic look of Last of Us.

I prefer the more saturated colours of the final game, makes it look slightly cartoony which I really dig. And I'm just a sucker for vibrant colours in games.

Ok reality check time. Overall Uncharted 4 is the best looking console game I have ever seen. The Order 1886 has been surpassed as an overall package but the textures on materials in Uncharted 4 are not as good as the material textures in the Order. Looking over the different fabrics and metals they look more realistic in the Order. Funny thing is the character models in Uncharted 4 are on par and or better which makes this stand out even more. I like the look of Uncharted 4 more especially the vast areas that underwater scene in particular looked amazing but it brings up a question.
Does Sony have access to Ready at Dawns engine or just the IP? That material pipeline is really on another level.

Yeah I noticed that as well. Its subtle though, so I dont mind it.
You seem to be in the minority with that opinion. Agree to disagree and move on.
I'm not saying you are wrong in your assessment, but the Order has a more realistic art style which may contribute to you feeling that way.

From an objective standpoint looks like some things are nicer looking like the vegetation while others look slightly less sharp, so no it's mostly still a neutral change. Sorry but you can't look at those comparisons and tell me the PSX is significantly better than the story trailer.
