I just added you to my list, since I assume you are in Texas or somewhere close to that too. CFN is SixMachine

Add me if you are in LATAM> elmandelsur
I also have good connections with East Coast americans
I think Karin is the new flow chart character lol. I've played a few in the silver range that only know cross up -> cmp -> ml xx upper and once you break their rythm they have no idea how to play the game
real footage of f champ fighting against a ken

I can't believe that people don't recognize FGC members by their voice.

Well, I mean, if you're new that's fine and dandy - but I wouldn't offer strong opinions without even knowing who FChamp is.
For all you who are new - FChamp is the dude who gives Daigo the D every time they play. No, not Lupe - the other one.
I can't remember, do you gain character level (or just player level) when you beat different survival difficulties with your character?

Necalli can be fun, but it feels like his playstyle becomes one dimensional sometimes. Hm

And to think all those people who said Chun Li's leg were impossible...
I was playing some battle lounge and casual matches recently, and it made me realise how messed up this games ranking system is.
I don't mean the rage quitting, that shits a problem, I mean the actual ranking system and specifically, the rank distribution.
Specifically, for example, my LP is 1800, I am Ultra Bronze, my buddy, with 600 points, is Bronze.
I am ranked something like 14,000 in the world. My buddy on 600 points is 130,000.
Between two subranks of the bronze tier ranking, we have over 115,000 players. I'm guessing 'bronze and rookie' encompass about 90% of the online community.
Don't you think that's uh, a kind of silly? We have a ranking system that fails to differentiate 90% of the community from one another, telling them 'they're all crap' basically, and then only the smallest of percentiles distributed across the rest of the ranking system?
It would make much more sense if the ranking system were percentile based, representing your place within the community, as a percentile. As it stands, for many people it doesn't feel like there's any sense of progression, or even indeed, the capacity for progression. For my friend with 600 points, even if he gets better, he will most likely never reach silver. Even if his rank reflects that he's progressed enough that he has gone from being in the bottom 10% of players, to the top 20%, his rank will never reflect anything but bronze.
Personally I think that's pretty messed up, and simply put, isn't very encouraging. The ethos of this kind of game, Ryu's fighting spirit, encourages us to fight on, learn from our battles and become better fighters, but none of the games systems appear to reinforce, or encourage that.
Holy! Nah man, it's totally possible, I dated an Asian girl until about 2 weeks ago and she was thick as fuck, I loved it. Might text her later tonight![]()

Yeah knock down vortex is dead.
It looks like she has a beard in that pic![]()
That's a good thing, we need these guys to stick around. Especially so 09'ers like me can feel like a OG.
...and you ruined it. Goddamn it ammo
Added you and invited you to a lounge since SixMachine is not responding/busy. I'm Berutoron.
Your ranking isn't directly tied to your lp. Lp is earned credit for winning ranked matches, whereas your ranking appears to be more based on win/loss
you've officially put more thought into this than capcom ever hasI was playing some battle lounge and casual matches recently, and it made me realise how messed up this games ranking system is.

As long as us really old guys are still alive and kicking... You'll never be OG...

Why I remember back in my day, we only had 2 characters to pick from ...and Sagat didn't even have a scar...
Frame traps, those hadn't even been born yet...
Really? Seem to be a pretty strong correlate, as I haven't bumped into anyone with less ranking but higher LP yet.
Either way, I don't think it's stretch to suggest that it appears that 90% of the community are going to be eternally stuck in bronze.
I'm no young guy either. I'm 33, the SF series has been my favorite video game series since 1992. I'm considered a 09'er because I didn't play competitively till 2009. But I have played and loved this series longer than probably some of the guys around here have been alive.
