Suit looks like cloth in some way, which fits the rumors that Spidey doesn't start out with a proper costume. With funding from Tony, he could likely create himself a proper suit with real fabric or fibers.

Lol, bit harsh. It's not the same at all. BvS' trailers haven't been operating under the pretense that there ISN'T a bigger villain to fight, it's been kinda obvious they will team up by the end. the CA trailers have done the opposite, considering we know Zemo etc is going to be the final boss.
