If I have one complaint from this trailer it's that it makes the story look kinda weak. I mean at least in the comics Bucky's evil-ness is wished away in this he looks like a huge asshole lol

If I had to guess, the fact that Pete is a photographer, and the eyes make a camera shutter sound, I'm gonna say functionally his mask and eyes are aided with tech. So they probably zoom in on things and I'd even go so far as to say he can take pictures with them while fighting baddies to sell to the Daily Bugle.

Wouldn't any photos taken from his viewpoint make it incredibly obvious that Peter Parker is Spider-Man?

Also, based on Tony/Widow "I'm not the one that needs to watch their back", I'm assuming Widow is in Tony's team because... he's offering immunity or something? Otherwise I can't see her motivation for being on Stark's side unless Winter Soldier does something that makes her side with Iron Man. It doesn't make sense to me.

That scene at the start of the trailer showing Bucky in some chamber with things hooked up to him is either a flashback or maybe someone tries recently reprogramming Bucky so murder remains fresh on his mind. He might be loyal to Steve, but for him murder is the way to handle the bad guy.

Also the issue is that Cap doesn't want Bucky to be trialed and executed for something he was brainwashed into doing, which explains him going against everyone.
