Government wants Cap and Crew to operate under them to minimize casualties and financial loss. Then they try to kill Bucky and it gets personal.
I think it's meant to feel anti-climactic. People expect to see Spider-man - GRADE A BADASS - because he's so popular but Peter is an every-man type of character. So the line was delivered to go against that expectation. Seems like it wasn't effective for everyone.

Probably my favorite Marvel trailer so far even if it does look like it might be a little bloated.
But i have to laugh, everyone is jizzing over Spidey but people took out the pitch forks for the Doomsday reveal. Why? I know Spidey had the official press release but Doomsday was leaked since day 1. I honestly would have rather waited for the movie imo.
Love the costume but not feeling the eyes. Would rather have ASM2 eyes with the new suit.

Huh, they spoil BVS final boss and that bat and superman will not fight each other in the end bit fight Doomsday while civil wars trailers still maintain the conflict between cap and ironman.

X-Men is a series that fails to acknowledge it's own existence. Every character is a black military geared guy with powers. It's fucking ridiculous how lack of color they have in their outfits. Fuck X-Men. I hope they stop giving to Bryan Jay Singer.

Both new characters will probably swap sides. Black Panther isn't going to be team asshole for long.
And Black Widow's probably spying on Iron-Man.
I think that's Hawkeye lying on the floor next to them...I just noticed that. Hope he isn't dead and at least knocked out.

It also sets up the broad plot beats of the movie which, though expected, would have better been left unsaid.
BvS as a whole wasn't spoiled or anything like that but it's a bit unsatisfying to see the resolution of the primary conflict in the trailer. It'd be the same if this trailer ended with Zemo showing up and forcing Cap and Iron Man to suddenly fight on the same side. Everyone would be like, "oh, guess the war is over already."

Spider-Man really isn't comparable to Doomsday. I'm sure a dumb Red Hulk reveal would get a similar reaction.

Doomsday is fine as an ultimate badass.
The problem here is that he's being introduced before the Justice League even exists.
Where in the legendary comic series, he actually massacres all of the Justice League and only Superman remains to stop Doomsday from destroying the world as we knew it. Throwing him into the plot now cheapens the impact he had on the history of Superman and does a disservice to Doomsday's power levels. We don't get to see the potential of the Justice League so that we have a point of reference to understand the real threat Doomsday's poses to the world when he shit on them. I'd rather have seen Doomsday 2 or 3 movies from now. Like, Doomsday is the reason we got a Superman comic in a sealed black bag. He should have that kind of setup and impact on the film Superman too.
Why does Vision's costume have a fly on it? It's not like can go to the bathroom.

seems like people would have been happier if he didn't say anything at all. I liked it personally, but I wouldn't have liked it less if he was silent and all we heard was the sound of the eyes adjusting.
