Now that I think about it, shouldn't the China stage be banned? It behaves differently as it increases its space when the wall is broken, if all stages did that it'd be fine, but this is the only ones that does it.

I imagine each character & update has their own pipeline they are developing towards that are all built off one another. For example, there is a build that has all the march update stuff plus guile & whatever else they are currently deving to put into the April Update that we haven't even thought of yet. I mean, a few features that were initially promised for March got pushed into a nebulous month, after all.

They just lock down the content they do plan on having in a particular update & label it for that month, then test/retest/submit that build as they go forward.

Well hopefully by the 2nd update they can get things out much closer to the beginning of the month.

FYI: Ryu's j.LK extends a hitbox vertically PAST his hurtbox, which is why it can trade/win vs anti-air. No other jump attack does this
