This follows Man of Steel which was also garbage and is supposedly supposed to set up Justice League. Its far more important than Thor 2 or Bayformers.

Sure. It's completely ridiculous that Sharknado is anything over 0%. Let alone in the 80s. Hell even Chronicle is sitting at 85%. Shouldn't even be close to that. Snyder hate is real or the fact that Nolan isnt directing this.
I will be seeing this tonight, others opinions don't sway me in the slightest. Its just some are a little too happy to see this outcome without judging for themselves.

Also, you act like people want this to fail just cuz they want it to fail. Not because they saw Man of Steel, didn't like it, and this movie repeats those mistakes. Or that everything they've seen so far makes them think it's not the movie they want it to be, and reviews are just affirming that first reaction of theirs.

Pretty low score, and it's unfortunate. Too bad I don't go by RT or MC scores. I've loved movies they've scored low before, so I'm hoping the same for this movie. I loved Man of Steel. I'm not going to not like it just because superman

I don't think you can compare Thor (Marvel) to the likes of Superman and Batman. There is a reason why critics are specifically hard on this movie.
Superman isn't a hero because he can fly and beat up people. He's a hero because of the morality, humanity and humility he learned from his parents.

I'm hoping that's not the case for me, although Batman is the main reason for the fam and I to go watch it. MoS was ok enough. Unfortunately, the characters that I liked are both dead, so that sucks a bit. I'm sure I'll like it better than a 31% lol. No way this is THAT bad. Trailers alone are two times better than the entirety of the Fan4stic movie..PayPal be damned.

That's what this incarnation is missing. Essentially there's no Clark Kent, the all american farm boy who was brought up to do the right thing underpinning and humanising the alien God.
Funny it's one of the reasons Batman is the ying to Superman's yang. For Batman, Bruce Wayne is the mask, the identity he wears to stop the real world from seeing how broken he is, but for Clark Kent, Superman is the mask he uses to protect that farm boy and his family.
This film doesn't get that. Bruce is indistinct from Batman, and Clark Kent is just ill-defined as HC walks around with the same bored sneer both as Clark and as Superman.
Clark Kent was brought up by good people, not two scared misanthropes.

Felt like adding it here too without spoilers. I liked MoS more, it was overall more consistent to me and didn't have many of the problems that riddle BvS. There must have went something wrong, they must have ran out of time and couldn't rewrite/patch it up or something.
