National Enquirer: Ted Cruz Has Had at Least 5 Extramarital Affairs

I'm sure trump is never involved in any extramarital affairs, no way. Not a rich man who's obsessed with himself.

Pretty much anyone in power probably has many of these.

Trump isn't shy to brag about his many exploits. He also doesn't present himself as morally pure or just either.

Cruz tries to pretend he's morally superior to everyone else and that's why he should be president.

That's the big difference.

At one of the debates he even alluded to his affairs. He talked about being a horrible husband, but his one constant was always to be a great father to his kids at the very least.

Not even phone sex, just tweeting and pics. It was the dumbest fucking scandal ever and he was a moron to not cut it out when he tried making his comeback. Carlos fucking Danger, what a moron.

Looking it up on wikipedia it basically says he never confirmed nor denied having phone sex with the women he sexted. But yeah... Pretty dumb.

Yes, he was asked about his greatest regret in life at the last town hall and was very candid.

Loved his Michael Jackson stories too

Is it significant that Trump hasn't tweeted once since this story broke?

He's gotta be considering how best to beat cruz over the head with it

I don't think he's considering anything. He's just letting it run its course.

I'm 100% sure that Trump's camp got this all out there and leaked the story. The fact that it came now, after Cruz's PAC slagged his wife, is just too perfect to be coincidental. I know it, Trump knows it, Cruz knows it, etc.

But... it's not like Trump has claimed responsibility. The fact that Cruz is sitting there with his whiny girl voice and blaming Trump immediately, he protests too much. It tells the full story.

So...you expect me to believe attractive women had sex with the boogeyman? Not for one second do I believe it.

Eh, the thing is, Ted Cruz doesn't have bad features. But it's that facial expression he always makes like he's holding in a shit at all times, his smarmy body language, his whiny voice that kills it. (And of course, booger-eating, UGH). If he could just completely change his entire personality and work out a little (and somehow make us all forget the booger-eating) he'd be salvagable.

Feel like Kasich's plan of being the only man left standing after the house burns down is getting more solid by the day. It's like the only winning move was to never play the game at all.

Kasich will have his turn. Trump's been targeting them one by one, focusing on just one person at a time to ensure it's a laser focus.

Jeb by bullying
Rubio by embarassing
Cruz by a scandal

Kasich's temper will be what does him in. I know it.

Nah the math simply isn't in Kasich's favor. It was a joke but his path leads to a dead end barring some miracle at the convention.

Trump needs to tweet, "Taking a break from social media today to spend Good Friday with my family. Anything interesting going on?"

Cruz is nuts trying to link this to Trump. He should have just denied it and hunkered down.
Why? Let's say the rumor is true (which I doubt personally). If there is no smoking gun and none of the women talk, Cruz can save his career by blaming Trump for this. The pieces fit: a tabloid owned by one of Trump's friends, bad sources, the fact that Trump seemed to hint at the story before it was published, etc. More than enough reasonable doubt for Cruz to continue in the race and satisfy his supporters with an explanation. It could also gain him supporters within the party and perhaps Cruz can bait Trump into saying some more outrageous stuff to ensure the party withholds the nomination from him.

Cruz trying to tie Trump to this is a colossal mistake.

Why do you make it FIVE women?

Cruz. I think he would be easier to beat than Trump. Trump can flip flop once he gets the nomination and turn all democrat like. Cruz doesn't have that option.

I highly disagree. Cruz already has the people who hate him uniting behind him. Trump is putting red states into play.

You sure about that? Just the other day Trump hinted at the possibly of using nuclear against ISIS. Not to mention his condoning of violence and white supremacists.

And Cruz condones people who literally want to murder LGBT people. They're both at the absolute bottom of the barrel.

This keeps getting better and better. I want this election season to be a reality show or something.

* Tonight on America's Next President, A shocking revelation is reviled which could cause one of the remaining candidates to close shop.*

Hasn't anyone learned the danger of underestimating Trump at this point?

Cruz has the establishment reluctantly uniting. But that is only getting you so far in a general election. Cruz will be too extreme in a general election and his platform isn't reaching moderates or pulling away some democrats like Trump could potentially do when he inevitably shifts his strategy to appeal to the general.

Trump is a salesman that is selling Trump to the audience he needs to sway at the moment. That will shift. Plus given their ties, who knows what dirt he might have on Hillary.
