GJ Bernie on the Alaska (and soon to be Washington) wins.

Wondering on how Hawaii plays out. It's the most intresting race of the night cause it could go any which way!

Edit: OMG it's been so long since I saw that GIF anywhere.

I love where I live. The discourse was very similar to what I've seen on NeoGAF. The speaker for Bernie was very concise and made some good points that related to everyone. The speaker for Hillary rambled on about how great she is for children and education and feminism, kind of biased it seemed like. After we tallied the vote and it was clear that a majority in favor of Bernie was reached,

Given the results of my precinct, it's surprising to see so many people saying that Bernie doesn't have a chance when it's clear that very many people are in support of him.

Oh the irony.

Just by walking around town, I can tell that this city is almost overwhelmingly feeling the Bern.

Seattle is the city that donated the most to Sanders, according to NBC, so it won't be surprising at all to see him sweep it by the same margins as the rest of the state.

Edit: Nope, 17% in 50-50 Clinton/Sanders. Seattle/King is only slightly feeling the Bern :p

It'll draw down margins for Sanders but it's still gonna be a comfortable win for him in Wa.

Double edit: derp, not 17% one of of its 17 precincts.

I swear if Trump wins this election it's all MM's fault - so much free publicity, even right now on MSNBC all they are talking about is Trump.

Alaska is a tad too close to Russia, so it's no surprise they would vote for Comrade™ Bernard.

That spells trouble for Hillary in Hawaii later tonight

So It's the media's fault and not the voters. C'mon bruh

No doubt in my mind that the coverage they have given to this circus and the amount of coverage they gave him in 2012 has propelled him to this position. Just shows how apt Trump is in manipulating them to give him free coverage instead of campaigning.

I live in Seattle. I tacitly support Bernie and he's usefully pushing Hillary back to the left. However Hillary is going to win. If she doesn't, I'll be perfectly happy to vote for Sanders in the general even with the specter of republican obstructionism and head to head with Trump. So I didn't vote in the caucuses because tactically I am ok with Bernie keeping Hillary on her toes.

Bernie Stans (as opposed to rational bernie voters) are acting exactly like Hillaryis44 people from last time which is super weird and funny.

Sanders has a good lead in King with 69% and 11.7% reporting. So far it's his weakest county, and I wouldn't be surprised if it ends that way as well.

Still it won't help Clinton out too much if the percentages now hold.

CNN cuts away from Bernie's speech for commercials.

Not helping the perception among his supporters that they are actively trying to obstruct his candidacy.

Was it an actual victory speech? Or something along the lines of "heey we won, now lemme talk about millionaires and billionaires for a while."

Because I think people have caught on to Bernie's pattern of leaving a state and then making a speech in front of people that's gonna sound like a concession speech at first but then quickly turns into a stump speech.

Wow. Bernie did amazing today. He's doing much better than I thought he would. I'm very happy. :)

I knew he would win big today, but not by these margins.

He's gotta take California to capitalize on this Western momentum
Which I don't think he will. Cali is much more diverse than other states, is more urban, and is a primary rat her than a caucus. I don't expect it to go very well for Sanders. Not horribly, but he needs to win big there.

Yeah, fuck all those people that have yet to vote, they should just stay home.

The whole "Bernie needs to lay down and die for the sake of the party" line is disgusting.

That's not what he's saying.

Bernie is free to run until the end if he wants to. But until he starts outperforming his current levels and winning states other than the ones that were projected to go for him from the very beginning, this race is still pretty much over.

Because until recently Sander's answer for everything was "Wallstreet bad". While Clinton spoke on issues that effect minorities, built relationships and support in the communities and really put boots on the ground.

While Sanders said he would "Look into the Flint situation", Hillery sent money and support to help out.

Sanders skipped over most of the states with a large AA population and didn't even run ads.

Loooooool. Selective, revisionist history focused primarily on election optics at its greatest. Jesus Christ. I expect more from you than this.
