Well in my case I have figured out my body enough that I know when I'm crossing the line into "way too much time" and switch into another sexual activity.

Sometimes just sex is not good enough to make me finish, so instead of just going at it for hours, I just tell the girl I am with that we should either move to anal if she's into it, a BJ or depending on the mood just getting a HJ. Sounds about right. 5min-10min is pretty reasonable for straight up intercourse. Adding foreplay and the other good stuff you can hit 30min to an hour with ease.
